“The Happiness Advantage” is a study conducted by psychologist Shawn Achor. Achor found that happiness actually leads to success, not the other way around. Sometimes your best is your weakest “yes.” This doesn’t mean you are a failure or inconsistent. It means you are a human with emotions you can not always control.
